Kids Can Learn Ceramics In Hyde Park

HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- Artists' Collective of Hyde Park will host a ceramic workshop for kids on Saturdays, July 30 and Aug. 6.

John Lavin will show kids ages 10 and older how to create tropical fish out of clay and how to paint them. The clay creations will be fired in a kiln during the first class and painted during the second class, when they will be refired.

Participation is $15 and includes all tools and supplies.

Artists' Collective of Hyde Park is at 4338 Albany Post Road.
